When confronting the reality that we may all be confined to our homes for an exceedingly long period of time, it's useful to choose a good hobby (or five).
And in my case, I've enlisted my restlessness in the pursuit of short-form, vertical, mobile videos on TikTok. Social media, for all its shortcomings, has become my daily refuge.
And today, I arrived at an "important" milestone, exceeding the first significant threshold of social media influence.
I now have over 10,000 followers on TikTok. I am officially a micro-influencer. And to celebrate, I think I'll head out into my backyard and read a good book.
