I Love It When Pretty Girls Cry was conceived as an inversion of the traditional narrative whereby men sexually harass women in the workplace. Along with my co-writer and co-star, Blair Best, I wrote this as a slightly absurdist, slightly comedic, and slightly perplexing answer to the question, under what circumstances would a woman sexually harass a man at work? It is, among other things, a stab at a revenge story.
